Judy Mackes Named Volunteer of the Year at GSRMC

Judy Mackes was named volunteer of the year at the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center Auxiliary’s annual volunteer appreciation lunch in May. Judy joined the hospital in 2002 and volunteers each week in the gift shop, ICU waiting room and with her husband, David, at the main lobby information desk. Judy has donated over 6,200 hours in the past nine years.

Health Fair Scheduled for Saturday, February 5

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center will sponsor its 30th annual health fair on Saturday, February 5 from 9 am – 1 pm at Coastal Grand Mall. The health fair is held the first Saturday in February each year to attract residents and snowbirds.
