The Diagnostic & Women's Center is a department of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and provides outpatient diagnostic services including X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound. A dedicated women's center provides digital mammography, breast education, bone densitometry, ultrasound and X-ray services.

The North Strand Diagnostic Center is a department of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and serves residents in the northern part of Horry County and in southeastern North Carolina. The Center provides outpatient diagnostic services including mammography, X-ray, bone densitometry and laboratory services.

South Strand Medical Center

The South Strand Medical Center is an outpatient department of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center serving residents and visitors in the southern part of Horry County and northern Georgetown County. The Center has a 24-hour emergency department and cardiac rehabilitation, as well as outpatient diagnostic services including digital mammography, X-ray, PET/CT services, MRI, bone densitometry, ultrasound and laboratory testing.
